The centre of the Vaporesso Armour Octa is the AXON 3.0 chipset, which provides a broad output range of 5-220W. It allows more experienced users to tweak their setup and have either a more subdued DTL vape or a more powerful one using appropriate low resistance coils.

The chipset also provides multiple modes, including Eco, Pulse and Boost options, allowing you to balance battery efficiency, consistent output and flavour performance. Temperature Control is also available for compatible setups.

Information such as wattage, battery level, coil resistance and selected mode is displayed clearly on the 0.96-inch TFT screen.

Dual 18650 Battery Vape Mod

Armour Octa vape kit uses two 18650 batteries, giving users the convenience of replaceable cells.  No batteries included - 2 high-drain 18650 cells are required separately.

Use a set of matched batteries and always use them in sets. Do not combine different brands, capacities, ages, or charge levels of batteries. USB-C charging includes DC 5V/2.5A charging, but may be best suited for those who frequently use removable batteries and prefer to use an external battery charger.

4X Protection for Greater Durability

Vaporesso Armour pod kit mod is designed to handle the bumps and elements of everyday use with four layers of external protection.

Advanced Battery Protection

Safety is built into the Armour Octa through its 2X Battery Guard system. The device monitors external battery voltage and can stop output when the voltage difference between batteries exceeds 0.9V. This minimizes risks from mixed or aged or old batteries. Over-temperature and over-voltage protection are also included in the charging system. Charging is stopped if the temperature of the inside of the device exceeds 75°C, which helps to protect the device during charging.

Overtime 2.0 Protection

Accidental long button presses are managed by Vaporesso's Overtime 2.0 protection. A 10-second overtime trigger cuts the output, while repeated overtime triggers within two minutes can automatically switch the device off.

Practical Protection Built Into the Design

The protective design goes beyond the outer shell. A TPU tank cover helps shield the tank, while the cage-style structure provides additional impact protection. A silicone plug protects the USB-C port and an anti-collision pad absorbs impact. Non-slip surface is also soft, making it easy to grip. Silicone finish gives the grip from motorcycle handlebars, ensuring that the product can be used securely even during longer vaping durations.

iTank T is a GTi-compatible replacement coil, so that allows flexibility in choosing which resistance and wattage you want.

These sub-ohm coils are compatible with high-VG e-liquids, like 70VG/30PG mix. High-VG liquids are for DTL vaping, higher vapour production.
