Why does my Vinci S pod taste burnt?

The burning taste is an indication that the coil was not properly primed or the power level was too high. After refilling, allow 5–10 minutes to saturate the cotton in the pod. Ensure you are operating the appropriate wattage range of your coil.

Why does my Voopoo Vinci S pod leak?

Overfilling, damaged seals, or e-liquid viscosity are also the common causes of leaks. Do not fill above the top line, close the fill port after opening, and use e-liquids appropriate to your coil resistance.

My Vinci S replacement pod is not vaping. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure that the pod is properly fitted in the device. In case the vapour remains weak, the coil can be expired or flooded. Gently wipe off the pod contacts and change the pod in case flavour or vapour does not restore.

Why does my Vinci S pod gurgle or spit e-liquid?

Gurgling usually indicates excess e-liquid in the coil chamber. Remove the pod and gently blow through the mouthpiece onto a tissue. Also, ensure you are using the correct VG ratio (50% or 70%) for your coil.
